There are free downloads and more coming. Is it worth it to buy the $80 one? Does it sounds better and is there a better one coming to save my money for with the Neil Peart kit or something?

Stay tuned, I will post some audio demos of the British 5-pack.

While you're waiting, basically these are some very good kits and here's what I can recall (it's been a while since I played them).

The Ring Beats kit is a great Beatle-esque kit circa rubber soul era, quite versatile. The Premier kit is a Phil Collins style kit circa the "principle of moments" album with Robert Plant. Genesis fans will like it too but it uses timbales in place of regular toms and they sound great for that application. They are not the same latin-sounding timbales that I've heard most everywhere. The Gretsch kit is more of the "In The Air Tonight" type kit. The Bonzo and Sonor kits were good but I don't have any strong impressions from them (like I said it has been a while) but all the kits took advantage of multiple velocities and alternate hits. Give me some time and check back, I'll post a few demos in a couple days...

Did they come up with a price for the Neil kit yet?
