Sorry to but into thread conversation,I used to have a DTXpressIII and there are ways to press "SHIFT" and certian volume/Control knobs and increase volumes for say KICK/SNARE/TOMS/CYMBALS etc.. Maybe this will help with your cymbal volum

Ya i got your point but in spd-s direct audio recording is possible so i was looking for it. But any way it sounds great i think DTX multi 12 wud affect Roland's monopoly bmarket. Regards

Can't give you the dimensions themselves at the moment, but mine's in my garage and takes up a space no larger than around 7ft by 4ft.

I have looked at the manuals briefly, yes. And the single speaker thing I found was my own fault. The speaker connection I was using somehow had a bad cable and was only working on one side. I fixed that. The cymbals are still very quiet. Too quiet.
